Training and development programs are essential for they ensure that the missing knowledge is gained through such programs where the firm hires a trainer. In such cases, the millennials that are taking over more responsibilities at the workplace need more leadership prowess to give better direction. To make it happen, corporate training in Nigeria will be effective only when the right trainers are available for the big task. The following are the things that everyone should consider to have a successful program.
