It must be very important in health built of an individual because it is what produces thyroid hormone which is responsible for regulating the body temperature, metabolism and of course your heart rate. This particular element is indeed essential to your diet because if not why else invent iodine derivatives.

Other than that, it is also what makes it possible for a person to be able to adapt in every changing climate of the environment because it regulates the temperature of the body as well as the metabolism and heart rate. Iodine is undeniably important to the extent it has its own iodine derivatives.

Other countries make this one heck of a priority because undeniably nothing values more than health and as may sound too common to hear, health is wealth. Solving this problem needs to be taken in action as soon as possible but then the question is where can you get the solution upon the critical equation. They are disguised as what you call derivatives so an example of which is what you used to make a food salty, of course salt.

There are certain countries that are focusing on this as a primary problem that needs to be taken in action once and for all because seriously health is important more than anything else in this world. As what mentioned earlier salt contains a small amount of the said element but then like everything in the world everything that is too much can kill you. The health organization in general wants to even emphasize the limitation of salt because it is claimed that it can increase your blood pressure and obviously it will lead you to increasing risk of heart disease and stroke.

A person who is suffering the consequences of lacking iodine fits also the shoe who consumes with such an excessive amount. A large dose can bring you a lot of health threats such as inflammation on the thyroid gland and even cancer too. You will meet also undesirable effects like burning sensation on your mouth going down to your stomach which in result can cause you fever, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and worse diarrhea.

Lacking iodine damages your health as well as consuming it more than the expected amount. A person who takes a lot of dosage of iodine can suffer health threatening conditions like thyroid cancer and inflammation to your thyroid gland. It follows side effects that absolutely makes your life one hell of a hassle like burning all the way down from your mouth to your stomach and of course expect the aftershock of that intensity to name a few like nausea, stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting.

Every substances when abusively taken can be intoxicating in return reminds of the principle concept of the late Swiss physician Paracelsus who once said that dose makes the poison in a less metaphorical meaning when you get too much everything it can harm you the way you never wanted and health is one of the valuable things you have so at all cost take care of it.
